Superman Returns...to the Higgins home

I (Patrick) was cleaning up yesterday and found Jackson's Superman costume from Halloween '06. I thought it would be funny to squeeze him into it and have him go surprise his mom. With the exception of going to a friends baby blessing today, he hasn't allowed us to take it off. Let's see how long this lasts. It's already beginning to burst from it's seems. He even wanted me to try it on.

Rice Cereal

Crew has been chowing down on rice cereal. It's almost as fun to watch as it is to clean up after.

Tummy Time

Crew rolled over for the first time this weekend - it caught all of us by surprise! He's done it several times since!

Revenge!

Crew is getting revenge on his older brother for all the times Jackson played too rough with him.

Dear in Headlights

He's finally getting some chub in his face. We love it!

Chillin

Jackson loves to climb in the Pack 'N' Play with Crew. It's a little scary sometimes!

The Higgins Boys

Fly Fishing

The best part of moving back to Utah - is moving closer to some of the worlds best fly fishing. I went out with Dad this weekend and had a blast. There is only one thing that could have made the experience better - if I had caught a fish.

Sunday Update, March 9th

Here are a few pictures from today. The weather was great (mid/high 40's) so I grabbed Jackson, the camera, and the football and we headed to the park at the top of the street. Crew heads to his two month Dr's appointment tomorrow morning. We're all very interested as to just how long he is going to be - because to us - he looks loooooooong.

MB 20

The Matchbox 20 concert last night was incredible. They put on a great show. Mute Math (I hadn't heard of them either) opened for them as well as Alanis Morisette (crazy, angry, long haired, and Canadian) who was actually pretty entertaining. There was a guy sitting a few rows over from us that was singing the words to the song with his hands (ala Book of Mormon stories and Popcorn Popping from the Apricot Tree). He was nearly as entertaining as MB 20 was.

San Francisco Day

We rolled into San Fran this afternoon - we spent the afternoon exploring Fishermans Wharf and tonight, we were able to have dinner with Alyx who was in town for work. It was awesome!

Jackson - meet your brother Crew.

Not long after Crew was born, Grandma, Grandpa and Mike brought Jackson over to the hospital to meet Crew for the first time.

Crew Michael Higgins

On January 7th, Crew entered the world and our family. He was born 8 lbs 11 oz's and 21.5 inches long. At his two week doctors appointment he was up to 9 lbs and 23 inches long. He loves to sleep, eat, and poop (like all newborns).
